Wow! That is all I can say. What an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the front desk staff by my first name. The professionalism and attention to detail was amazing. I did not expect that when I came in. During the appointment the assistant/hygienist (not sure the right name) was very welcoming and went over the procedures that were going to be done. I was offered complimentary water, pillows, blanket, headphones and TV service as they were attending me. Next I spoke with the doctor. Doctor Pino is a phenomenal dentist! She explained everything that was wrong with my oral health and the preventative care that should be initiated. Overall the experience was great and I will be recommending people towards this dental office. 10/10 experience!

Today was a terrific day because it began with a visit to Deering Dental for my every six month teeth cleaning and oral check-up! As was the case 6 months ago, my scheduled appointment was right-on-time with no unexpected delay. I was greeted by 2 friendly receptionists each smiling as they offered me a menu and asked if I would like to choose something from the list of beverages. Moments later, I was greeted by Angie, who after taking a few x-rays did a very thorough cleaning and then polishing my teeth. Angie was a kind, considerate and interested professional. If your looking for a dental practice, look no further, Deering Dental is the go-to place for all of your dental needs!

It does a disservice to call this business just a dentist office. At Deering Dental, they completely redefined a dentist appointment, where patients’ experience is actively cultivated by every staff member to eliminate any anxiety or discomfort. From the moment one walks in the door and is handed a menu of complimentary items to choose from to the tv to watch while in the chair (Netflix, HBO, others), the primary focus is patient comfort and satisfaction. For the first time in 24 years of having kids, I have one that is excited to go back to the dentist; it’s unheard of. Special shoutout to hygienist Angie who is the first person in over 10 years to give me a deep cleaning during which it didn’t feel like old grudges were being settled. Most importantly, my family feels like we’re finally being treated as individuals and having our whole health considered, rather than being thrown a corporate, algorithmic approach that’s best for the insurance company. Because of constant moving, we’ve been to dozens of dentists over the years. Dr Pinto and her office are, without question, the best we’ve ever experienced.

After years of driving by Deering Dental, I decided to give them a try. This was, by far, the best dental experience I have ever had. After several bad experiences with other dentists in Miami, I was anxious for my visit. Those feeling quickly went away once I arrived. The staff is amazing and go above and beyond to make your visit as comfortable as possible. From offering beverages to comforting amenities like a heated blanket and headphones.

My hygienist, Angie, was remarkable. She asked thorough questions and walked me through their very tech savvy operations. The cleaning was great! She checked in on me throughout and used a numbing cream that didn’t last too long after the appointment.

Dr. Pinto was so kind and attentive. Walking me through the x-rays and sharing recommendations aligned with a few services was requesting. The staff was also friendly in outlining next steps and costs associated with each.

I highly recommend Deering Dental for an outstanding experience that takes away any anxiety related to a dental visit.

Your questions answered

Where to recieve dental care?

Treatment is rendered in our office at 16709 Old Cutler Road, Palmetto Bay, Fl 33157. Treatment performed by specialists at other locations is not subject to this plan.

What is the Plan Duration

The plan duration is 12 months. All eligible treatment must be completed in that 12 month time period. The time period begins the date the enrollment fee is received.

Who are the providers for the plan?

* Our Associate Doctors

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

Deering Plus is for guests who do not have dental insurance. If you are currently covered under a dental insurance you are not eligible (this is because of the contractual restrictions placed on us by the insurance plan).

Joining of the Deering Plus Plan cannot be done retroactively.

For guests who have a history of periodontal disease
and require maintenance 3 to 4 times per year, Deering Plus covers 2 of those visits. The fees for the 3rd and 4th visit will be discounted at 15%. Exams and x-rays at those visits, if necessary, are covered at 100%.

If we determine we need to refer you to a specialist, the plan does not apply to the treatment received from the specialist.

This plan does not apply to treatment needs originating from a Workers Compensation or Employer Liability Claim.

If you become eligible and begin participation with a dental insurance plan during the time your membership is active, this plan becomes null and void with no refunds.

”Family Members” are defined as a spouse and dependents aged 13+

All memberships are setup on auto pay and auto-renewal, your plan will renew on your date of enrollment. You have 14 days from the date that your plan renews to cancel and receive a full refund as long as no treatment has been rendered (this includes cleanings and exams). After 14 days, but before 6 months there is a $315 cancellation fee and any payments already made towards the membership will credited towards the cancellation fee. After 6 months guest is responsible for the full unpaid annual balance and any payments already made towards the membership will be credited towards the annual fee.

Membership is non-transferable.

If a treatment plan is presented with active membership and your membership expires prior to moving forward with, or completing treatment, any membership discounts will be removed from treatment fees.
