Hello, my name is Dr. Yenile Pinto and prior to opening my own practice in Palmetto Bay, I worked at dental offices throughout Miami and had become frustrated by what I saw. A recurring widespread problem of unhappy guests because of long waiting times, sub-par work, pushy sales tactics, questionable billing practices and terrible service. I can’t say enough good things about this business and the employees. From the first day that my husband and I started going our overall dental health has improved significantly and going to the Dentist is actually a pleasure. Dr. Pinto is an excellent dentist and so knowledgeable . Erys has been my hygienist and I can honestly say that he is so gentle , he takes his time and cares that he does not only an excellent job but that the patient is comfortable as well. I recently did a whitening with him and it was really a great experience and a fantastic job he did. The girls in the front are always so welcoming, nice and make you feel at home as soon as you come through the door. Even when I’ve had other people replace the regulars due to someone being out, the experience has been wonderful. Again, I only have great things to say about this place and the staff! My first time going to a “Big Girl” dentist and it was sooooo gooood. Reception was really nice and they have a bunch of different drinks for you to choose from. Signing in was smooth and all of the staff were really nice. The doctor assessed my problem and was able to help me fix It same day. This is the best healthcare provider I have been in the US since moving here 16 years ago. Best combination of excellence in both competence and service. Dr. Pinto has done an incredible job in not only providing dental care, but also managing extremelly well the facility and staff. Everyone is extremelly well prepared, friendly and on time. I almost feel like I don’t want to tell many people about it, so they don’t get too busy, however I actually should not worry because they are so good that I trust they will be professional and competent enough to deal with the extra demand. In addition, they do deserve all the praise they can get! Thank you for making me a patient who, for the first time in his life, does not mind when he sees there is a dentist appointment in the calendar.

Such an amazing experience 1000/10The entire staff was so incredibly nice and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed, they were extremely informative on all topics and really made sure that you understood exactly what you needed and what you were paying for, this was my first visit here and it was truly the best dentist experience I have ever had they welcomed us with the cutest little box with some great amenities for a healthy clean mouth :) bonus points for them being plus size friendly <3

I admire their philosophy of less is more; I want the least invasive technique to keep my teeth healthy. Erys, my hygienist, was impeccable in his care and patient in his demeanor. Since I was born that I hate going to the dentist. For me, everything hurts, I'm scared and I get anxious even from the day before of my appointment. If you want five star service in a state-of-the-arts office, Deering Dental is the place. The office is super clean. I have had a great experience at this office. The staff provided me a cozy blanket and I watched a movie on the overhead TV while getting my dental work. They also greeted me with a very nice dental welcome kit. Deering Dental was already a notch above every dentist office I had ever been to, but after their remodel, they've taken it to a whole other level. The customer service is amazing from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. I'm not a huge fan of the dentist's office, but my tech Erys made me feel very at ease throughout the entire process. Add to everything their complimentary amenities and drinks menu, and they can't be beat. I can't recommend Deering Dental enough.

Deering Dental is unlike any dental office I’ve ever been to. It feels more like a health spa than a medical practice. You’re greeted with a smile and offered a complimentary menu of drinks, cocktails, and pillows for your neck and spine. I had THE MOST AMAZING dental office visit today!!!! I've always loved Deering. I've been going since around 2016 and thought they were the best by far but they just improve more and more with time.I love that I'm able to text the office for appointments or information because sometimes I'm busy and can't talk so it's easier to send messages when I get quick breaks. The young women in the front are always quick to respond and provide me with any pertinent information before my appointments.They are all so polite and nice. EVERYONE is nice. I've been going almost 8 years and have never had an issue with their customer service and care.They're extremely punctual, so us patients have to be as well, but because of that, I've never waited more than 5 minutes to be called in.I've attached pictures of their MENU! YES THEY HAVE A MENU!!! As soon as you arrive they ask you to review the menu and select any of the complimentary amenities. Each chair has its own TV which you'll have complete control of while you're there. Watch a show, watch a movie, put some music... it's great! You can get some headphones which help block out some of the noise for anyone like me that struggles at the dentist.I would get severe anxiety when it was time to go to the dentist. My teeth are extremely sensitive and I've got some condition that leave me with gum sensitivity as well so the whole thing is just a nightmare. But not today!!!Today was the most amazing dental visit EVER!!! I was freaking out because (for personal reasons) I had not been in a little over a year, so I was expecting my cleaning to be even more difficult than usual. But I had expressed my concern ahead of time and was accommodated in a time slot when they would be able to provide me with nitrous.I arrived, amazing front desk service as usual, get a bottle of water, request a blanket and some headphones and I go in right away. Then I met Angie! Wow! I explained my anxiety, sensitivity and issues and she calmed me down explaining she'd be using numbing cream, which I could request more of if I started feeling pain at any moment. She explained that the nitrous would also help me relax as she was tucking me in there with the blanket I requested! I swear, she didn't just give it to me, she opened it and covered me gently. We got to know each other a little and her empathy and kindness just makes you feel so at ease. I didn't feel a thing!!! She told me we could take breaks whenever necessary and was extremely gentle with me but definitely got the job done! It felt like the fastest cleaning I've ever had (it really wasn't) but the service and care just makes time fly while you're there.After Angie finished up she called Dr. Pinto who came right away. She double checks everything and will go over any issues with you or answer any questions. She's very soft spoken, in a good way, which adds to the whole experience of just feeling at ease and relaxed... at the dentist!!I couldn't stop thanking Angie enough for being so patient with me and being as absolutely amazing as she was.If you've gotten this far, stop looking for a dentist. You need to go to Deering Dental and you'll never want to go elsewhere again. Even if I moved I feel like I would travel just to continue coming here because I can't imagine ever finding a place anywhere near as good.So I'm sorry for the maaaassively long review but I just had too many good things that had to be said.

Let me start by saying I've been in dental offices my whole life. With that said, I have never seen anything like Deering Dental. From the moment you walk through that door is like Alice in Wonderland. The place, the treatment, and staff is on another level in the best way possible. They do mean it when they say, they care about your confort, and they go above and beyond to show you. Most of my time was with C.R.D.H Angie since I was getting a cleaning done, but the attention and work she did on me was just incredible. She talked and explain everything through and through, and always asked if I was confortable. I did get to meet Dr. Pinto who I'll have more time with on my next visit, but she was also so professional and caring. I would definitely recommend this practice to whoever needs any work done or simply wants an out of this world dental experience.
