Dr. Pinto is without question the best dentist I’ve had in my entire life, and that’s saying a lot because I’m almost 50!I found Deering Dental four years ago after my previous dentist told me I needed a crown because an old silver filling had failed. Not happy with that news, I searched for a better option and found Deering Dental. Not only did they restore my tooth and save me from a crown, they also proactively protected several others from a similar fate.Their entire philosophy was a welcome change from the grind and cap approach of normal dentistry. Each visit is an absolute pleasure, their office is immaculate, my comfort is clearly their #1 priority, and every member of the staff conducts themselves professionally.I’d also like to give a shout-out to Erys, who’s a thoughtful and gentile Dental Hygienist / Assistant. They gave me earbuds and a remote to watch Netflix during the whole teeth cleaning. It was awesome. This place is amazing. It’s like no other dentist I’ve ever been to, not even remotely.They scanned my teeth three different ways (X-ray, panoramic X-ray, and panoramic photos) and made a 3D digital model of all of my teeth in high resolution. We used the touch screem to rotate and zoom in on the model. The hygienist (Erys) and Dr. Pinto went over every single tooth with me. This is such an effective tool as it allows them to take me on a detailed visual journey through every gum recession, abrasion, decalcification, filling, crack, stain, cavity, etc. We can both see everything and visualize the problems together. The same software also provides a 3D before-and-after comparison of Invisalign results on my teeth. I was invited to use the touchscreen and explore the models.Erys also explained the measurements he takes of the gaps between my gums and my teeth - 6 measurements per tooth.Every one of my questions was answered, and the cleaning itself went really well. It was over quickly, and my teeth look and feel so clean.After that, they gave me a beautiful gift box(!?) (containing amazing high-end dental products and Deering Dental organic lip balm), a hot moist towel, a Starbucks gift card (!?!?!?!), and showed me a couple of product recommendations I had asked about (they showed me a remineralizing toothpaste and an electric flosser).The location is small, but when you go inside, the decor is so beautiful and thoughtfully arranged. No detail is overlooked.When you sign in, they hand you a menu with drinks on one side (including mimosas!!) and complimentary amenties on the opposite side to make you more comfortable while you’re in the chair (weighted blanket, neck pillow, lumbar pillow, headphones, sunglasses, etc.).Obviously, I’m already hooked on this place. The employees at the front desk are so friendly. They really seem to like their job. They were so patient with all of my questions, including about the costs.Speaking of costs, this is also the most affordable dentist I ever visited. My urgent visit would have cost $75, but instead I opted for the $349 annual membership, which includes 2 exams and 2 cleanings. Which meant my $75 urgent visit was included. And a non-membership cleaning costs $300 so I actually saved money after my subsequent cleaning visit. ($349 < $375) Furthermore, all other services come with a discount of at least 15%.Anyway, I KNOW no one is going to read a review this long, but I am gushing!! I’m actually looking forward to my filling replacement appointment. Oh yeah, I didn’t even mention their biomimetic dentistry approach! They fully believe in preserving as much of the original tooth as possible and will do whatever they can to help you keep it before drilling.Deering Dental is a state-of-the-art practice, and I’m so grateful to live so close to them.

From the first day that my husband and I started going our overall dental health has improved significantly and going to the Dentist is actually a pleasure. Dr. Pinto is an excellent dentist and so knowledgeable . My first time going to a “Big Girl” dentist and it was sooooo gooood. Reception was really nice and they have a bunch of different drinks for you to choose from. I had an amazing first visit at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and offered a menu of complimentary amenities and beverages, which made it feel like a spa experience. The whole process was incredibly efficient—from registering at the front desk to being seen by the hygienist, Lily, and speaking with Dr. Villena. I never had to wait long for anything! To top it off, they surprised me with a lovely gift box and a gift card as a thank you for choosing them. Needless to say, this is now our new family dentist. Highly recommend!
